How to Calculate Quantity of Cement, Sand, and Aggregate

For Example,

        Length of Concrete = 10 Ft

        Height of Concrete  = 10 Ft

        Width of Concrete    =  5 Ft

Volume of Concrete = Length × width × Height

                                      =  10×10×5 = 500 CFT

Volume dry Concrete = 500×1.54 = 750 CFT

     Ratio = 1:3:6

     Sum of Ratio = 1+3+6 = 10

Determine of cement Quantity =  1/10 × 750 = 75 CFT ,   75/1.25 = 60 Begs cement

Determine of Sand Quantity = 3/10 ×750 = 225 CFT

Determine of Aggregate Quantity = 6/10 ×750 = 450 CFT
